Description
Vallejo Greenish Gold Paint Set
Give metallic details a distinctive character with the Vallejo Greenish Gold Paint Set. This original interpretation of traditional gold is enriched with subtle green undertones, creating an evocative finish for relics, forgotten civilisations, enchanted treasures and artefacts connected to magic, nature or the passage of time.
The set contains four coordinated 18 ml True Metallic Metal colours covering Base, Shade, Light and Airbrush applications. Together, they provide a focused Greenish Gold palette for developing colour, depth and definition while retaining the unusual green-gold identity across the painted subject.
Coordinated Greenish Gold colours
Begin with 77.136 Greenish Gold Base to establish the principal metallic colour. Add 77.156 Greenish Gold Shade to develop deeper areas, then use 77.116 Greenish Gold Light to define brighter details and points of light. The set also includes 77.176 Greenish Gold Airbrush, extending the same distinctive colour family to airbrush application.
With all four colours grouped into one compact set, it is easy to build a coherent metallic finish across raised details, recessed areas and highlighted features. The shared Greenish Gold character helps maintain a consistent appearance while the Base, Shade and Light stages support clearly defined tonal variation.
Distinctive effects for imaginative subjects
The combination of traditional gold character and understated green tones is particularly effective for subjects intended to look ancient, mystical or connected to the natural world. Use it to give relics and artefacts an aged sense of presence, bring enchanted treasures to life or suggest objects shaped by forgotten civilisations.
Its unusual colour direction also suits details where a conventional gold appearance would feel too clean or familiar. The subtle green influence adds visual interest while preserving the recognisable metallic gold foundation.
