Description
Vallejo Squidmar Essential Paint Set
The Vallejo Squidmar Essential Paint Set brings together 12 acrylic hobby colours regularly used by Squidmar Miniatures across their miniature painting projects. Developed around their go-to selection from Vallejo’s Game Colour and Model Colour ranges, the set covers a useful mix of skin tones, inks, warm earthy shades, neutrals, white and black.
Each of the 12 paints is supplied in an 18 ml bottle. Alongside the paints, the set includes an exclusive miniature and a QR code providing access to a painting video for the included miniature. It is a compact way to pick up the core Squidmar colour selection in one set rather than assembling the individual paints separately.

Selected by Squidmar Miniatures
Squidmar Miniatures selected these colours from the Vallejo range based on the paints they repeatedly reach for when working on miniatures, from smaller character models through to larger display pieces. The selection includes colours used for different textures and effects, with several flesh and skin shades alongside Skin Ink, Magenta Ink, Burnt Red, Dark Rust and Deck Tan.
The mix provides a practical foundation for areas such as skin and leather while retaining useful light and dark colours for broader miniature painting work. The combination of White, Black and several intermediate natural tones also gives the set a varied palette within its 12-colour format.
