Historical Background:

The Long Range Desert Group was renowned for its deep reconnaissance and hit-and-run tactics in North Africa. Their vehicles were constantly modified in the field for both survival and firepower. The gun truck variant fitted with a 20mm Breda autocannon offered formidable punch against light vehicles and aircraft. The included action figures reflect LRDG crews caught mid-battle, returning fire in hastily prepared ambush positions far behind enemy lines. These trucks were symbols of self-reliance, improvisation, and the unorthodox tactics that defined desert warfare.
