Description
Roden Heinkel He 111E German Bomber 1/72 Model Kit
The Roden Heinkel He 111E (027) is a 1/72 scale plastic model kit representing the German Heinkel He 111E bomber aircraft. This release focuses on the E variant of the Heinkel He 111, a German military aircraft associated with the period leading up to and including the Second World War.
For modellers interested in historic German aviation, the Heinkel He 111E provides a specific bomber variant to build and display. Its designation distinguishes it from other versions of the Heinkel He 111, making it relevant to collections organised around individual aircraft variants.
Heinkel He 111E Bomber Aircraft
The Heinkel He 111E belongs to the German Heinkel He 111 bomber family. The E designation identifies a particular version of the aircraft, providing a defined subject for modellers concentrating on the development of German military aircraft.
The He 111E is associated with the late 1930s, placing it within the period of German aviation development immediately before the Second World War.
As a bomber aircraft, the Heinkel He 111E also offers a different modelling subject from the fighter aircraft commonly represented in collections of German military aviation.
Historic German Military Aviation
The Heinkel He 111E is relevant to collections covering German aircraft of the interwar and Second World War periods. Its particular variant designation makes it useful for modellers who want to represent different stages of the Heinkel He 111 aircraft family.
Displayed alongside other German bomber and fighter aircraft, the He 111E provides a subject associated with the development of military aviation during the late 1930s.
It is also suitable for a collection focused specifically on Heinkel aircraft, where individual variants can be represented separately rather than treating the He 111 as a single aircraft type.
1/72 Scale Plastic Aircraft Kit
Roden produces the Heinkel He 111E as a 1/72 scale plastic model kit. This established aircraft modelling scale allows the finished bomber to be displayed alongside other 1/72 scale aircraft models, maintaining consistent proportions between different subjects.
The kit requires modelling glue for assembly and paint for finishing. Its German origin, bomber classification and E variant designation give the completed model a clearly defined place within a collection of historic military aircraft.
