Description

Iwata Nozzle (R5) for Revolution Airbrushes

The Iwata Nozzle (R5) IWS-7041 is a genuine replacement nozzle for the Iwata Revolution CR, BCR, SAR and TR2 Trigger airbrushes. This finely made component restores reliable paint flow and smooth, consistent spray performance when the existing nozzle needs replacing.

The nozzle is an important part of the airbrush paint delivery system and requires careful handling during fitting, removal and cleaning. Regular cleaning helps prevent paint residue from building up and reduces the risk of clogging, while careful installation helps protect the nozzle from accidental damage.

Directly Compatible Iwata Airbrushes

IWS-7041 directly fits the following Iwata airbrush models:

  • Iwata Revolution BCR Airbrush
  • Iwata Revolution CR Airbrush
  • Iwata Revolution SAR Airbrush
  • Iwata Revolution TR2 Trigger Airbrush

Optional Fitment with Additional Parts

The R5 nozzle can also be fitted to selected other Iwata airbrushes when the required matching components are fitted at the same time:

  • Iwata Kustom TR Airbrush – requires Needle (E5/R5), Needle Cap and Nozzle Cap
  • Iwata Revolution CR3 Airbrush with R3 Nozzle – requires Needle (E5/R5), Needle Cap, Needle Packing Screw with PTFE solvent-proof Needle Packing and Nozzle Cap
  • Iwata Revolution TR0 Airbrush – requires Needle (E5/R5), Needle Cap and Nozzle Cap
  • Iwata Revolution TR1 Trigger Airbrush – requires Needle (E5/R5), Needle Cap and Nozzle Cap

When using IWS-7041 with one of these optional models, the specified additional components are required as part of the change to the R5 nozzle arrangement.

Handling and Maintenance

Airbrush nozzles are delicate components. When fitting or removing the nozzle, avoid overtightening or cross-threading it. Tools or other objects should not be forced into the nozzle, as this can cause damage and affect spray performance.

Keeping the nozzle and surrounding components clean helps maintain consistent paint flow and reduces the chance of dried paint causing a blockage. Suitable products for routine airbrush care can be found in our Cleaning range.
