Dragon Plastic Model Kit

Dragon U.S.S. Independence CVL-22 (1/350) 1024

The USS Independence (CVL-22) played a pivotal role in the Pacific Theatre during 1944, participating in key operations such as the Philippines campaign, the Battle of Leyte Gulf, and the Battle of Okinawa. Now you can honour this historic light carrier with a highly detailed 1/350 scale model. This kit is engineered with advanced slide-mould technology to ensure exceptional accuracy and sharp detailing, making it a centrepiece in any naval model collection.

Packed with extras, the kit includes a full set of carrier-based aircraft, figures, ground vehicles, and photo-etched parts for enhanced realism. Model builders can choose between two distinct assembly configurations: the early “shakedown” version or the later “war cruise” combat-ready configuration. Whether for historical display or diorama use, this model delivers authenticity and fine craftsmanship.
