OcCre (Ocio Creativo) has a slightly romantic origin story, the kind that actually explains why their kits feel the way they do. More than 24 years ago, it started as a small garage idea and a big dream. Not just to make beautiful, top-quality products, but to build the sort of modelling experience that sticks with you, the little memories and anecdotes that come from making something with your hands.

That mindset still runs through the range today. OcCre’s approach is about leisure meeting creativity, the calm focus of building, and the quiet satisfaction of watching a project come together over time. They talk openly about modelling as motivation, therapy, and community, and it does not feel like marketing fluff, it feels like something they genuinely live, because they build too.

• OcCre model kits designed around the enjoyment of the build, not just the final display
• Known for strong presentation, thoughtful engineering, and a rewarding step-by-step process
• Ranges that span classic subjects, including maritime, rail, and aeronautical themes
• A brand culture that celebrates the modeller’s work and the stories behind each project

OcCre’s newer mission is simple in a nice way, connect with your modelling DNA. The union of leisure and creativity, that moment where you lose track of time for the right reasons. And as they keep improving their kits and passing on what they learn, it feels like the same garage dream is still there, just sharpened and scaled up, without losing the heart of it.
